Our Learning Model
RGBS offers a unique and highly engaging way to learn vital industry concepts. Our programs are designed in a way to instil excellence by putting you at the center of the learning experience.
We proudly foster a collaborative learning environment. Engaging with your peers is a big part of what makes our learning model unique. You exchange ideas, offer input, and seek out viewpoints from a community of learners gathered from around the country. In the process, you learn from each other’s experiences and perspectives and create extraordinary business connections and opportunities that last far beyond graduation years.
As part of our program structure, every student spends on average at least an hour in a group with an assigned faculty. During the one-on-one time, students participate, in mutually agreed upon activities, focus on problem-solving, decision-making, and weak areas that need more attention. To ensure that the mentoring sessions meet the specific needs of every student, different groups meet for an additional hour to modify the curriculum to best address the specific issues.
Lessons are brought to life through real-world cases, putting you in the shoes of market leaders. You get to solve the challenges they face, and wrestle with the same issues and imperfect information. As you discuss and debate solutions with your peers and faculties, you will learn vital concepts that you can apply in your own career. As a member of the RGBS community, you enjoy a lifetime of opportunities. Upon graduation you become a part of a vibrant 15,000+ Alumni Network spanning industries. At RGBS, learning never stops.
